Mentor Customs Consultancy has begun to work on adoption the Lean 6 Sigma concept as a part of our corporate structure since 2014.

Six Sigma is uniquely driven by a close understanding of customer needs, disciplined use of facts, data, and statistical analysis, and diligent attention to managing, improving, and reinventing business processes. The ideal goal is to produce only 3.4 Defects per million opportunities or less.

Six Sigma projects are built on a DMAIC framework of five phases: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control. These phases each contain a set of tools and techniques that guide the problem solver through the improvement process from start to finish.

The goal of Lean is to identify and eliminate non-essential and non-value added steps in the business process in order to streamline production, improve quality and gain customer loyalty.

Custom Proceedings

Mentor Customs Consultancy with its experience more than 25 years, plans, applies and finalizes any kind of customs proceedings.

  • HS Code Establishing: Customs administrations begin with establishment of GTIP. It is applied according to the determined tax proportions of GTIP and for purchasing and sale of certain products the state’s and other authorized organizations’ pre-allowance (Control Documentation, Importation License, Movement Certificate and Certificate of Origin) are required. The assessment resulting from non-genuine GTIP establishing and not arranging the required documents properly can result in legal and capital punishment.Mentor Customs Consultancy following the updated world and EU binding tariff information establishes GTIP for all kinds of properties.
  • Getting the Pre-Allowances: The application, reception, tracking and closing of the required documents determined after HS Code(Importation License, Importation Registration Certificate, Surveillance Document, İsgüm Control Certificatege, Epdk Certificate of Conformity, CITES Control Certificate, Measurement and Assay Certificate from City Industrial Directorate, Warrant and Warrant Immunity from City Industrial Directorate, TSE Conformity Certificate ) are brought to a conclusion with the regulations taken into consideration.
  • Domestic and Outward Processing Licenses: Domestic Processing and Outward Processing Licenses are required in order to do the proceedings for the goods to be produced or certain stages of their labor costs in-country or abroad. Mentor Customs Consultancy with its active and experienced staff can handle the preparation, getting and acceptance of those certificates. The tracking of the completion of the projects, applications for the closures and the return of the deposits are carried out by our company.

  • You can view your archived files by filtering them according to your search criteria.
  • You can access all your operations reports. ( import, export etc.)
  • You can examine total number of declaration, the average processing time, total paid taxes, invoice value with date range that you want.
  • You can elaborate your report with regime, line or customs details.
